CD Review - Spitfire - Self-Help

What we have here is some jagged metalcore with a little bit of tech thrown in. Featuring members of Norma Jean and Scarlet, I can certainly hear where they’re coming from, as the Norma Jean influence especially sticks out. The CD art has some great visuals, people with horns added, heads on animal bodies, all done with a very retro look. We don’t usually buy CDs just for the art though...

Spitfire is certainly fun to listen to while you’re there, unfortunately the ride is largely forgettable.
