CD Review - Remembering Never - God Save Us

Since we’ve got a headlining tour with Remembering Never, I thought I’d take a look at their new album “God Save Us”. Right off the bat they start off with a metal tinged hardcore assault. The hardcore that they throw at us is a lot more metal and riff oriented as opposed to more old school hardcore with chords running up and down the neck. There are three songs on the album that have some more melodic emo styled moments that provide a good way to break up all the breakdowns and fast action.

Lots of high energy and conviction make this album rise, but a lot of short songs does tend to take away from some musical depth.
